The original certificate provided by the server is untrusted
What is the issue you’re encountering
site moniquebladder.nl is being blocked by some users
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Checked cloudflare settings. Edge certificates (Universal) are active and valid. Always use HTTP is
checked. Client certificate active.
Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
Yes
What is the current SSL/TLS setting?
Full
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Repeated attempts from end user to acces website. Fails when using different browsers, also when deleting cache/history/cookies or using private mode. When user tries to acces site using phone (different ISP) the site can be accessed.
This one would indicate that the problem is with that user, and their set up.

There are ISP’s out there, that are providing “security packages” activated by default with the Internet subscription, where some of them have ben seen to interfere with Internet traffic, such as e.g. by blocking access to newly registered domain names, and several other things.
Similarly, the user’s own security packages (not necessarily related to the ISP) may also be interfering with the traffic as well.
A quick Google with “The original certificate provided by the server is untrusted” in quotes, is pointing towards that the brand ESET may have options available, that are doing TLS interception, which could be ending up like this.
I would therefore suggest your user to check with the security packages they’re running.
