However, single-file cache purging is still not working for me either via the dashboard or API.
Anyone else having the same problem?

Even if not, if yours isn’t working, I suggest you open a ticket and post the # here. Especially if yours used to work. Email them at support AT cloudflare DOT com
I managed to purge a page after a few tries and waiting for an hour or so. So hopefully it is only a delay issue. I’ll keep an eye on it, but at least I can keep working now.
