Showing unpaid bill under our account

Hello Team,
Our Cloudflare account is showing unpaid bill from the start of this month 3rd April.

Our last payment was deducted automatically last month (3rd March), you can see in below screenshot, however the latest payment is still showing unpaid.
Can anyone guide why this and if payment will be cut automatically, I have already added primary and secondary credit card.

We are worried our account and services should not stop.
