I’ve setup a google workspace account for emails. But everytime I send email to any new account, my email address appears instead of my name in their inbox.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Contacted google workspace and they asked me to do this “As a Google Workspace Support we dont have the visibility to check the records handle from domain host end. kindly contact them and inform them regarding while sending an email the email I’d is also shown up and there is no issue from Google end.”
I’ve done everything that the workspace support asked me to do. From updating send mail as to tinkering with the console settings. They have cross verified and they say “Upon checking from our end the settings are updated perfectly, kindly contact your domain host provider to update the records regarding the names are showing while sending an email”, “We are not sure about the domain host records, kindly contact them and inform them that the name are going like this kindly update the dependant record as they are handling from their end.”
