Setting up for the first time. I changed the nameserver to cloudflare’s nameserver. When I try checking with other tools it shows that I’m using cloudflare nameservers. Cloudflare is still showing invalid nameservers after two weeks of waiting.

I can see that you created NS records instead of changing your nameservers.

Find the correct menu to edit the nameservers at your registrar and change it there.
