Should I set up NS registration for my domain on Cloudflare?

Today I own my website, including subdomains and wildcard subdomains hosted at DigitalOcean, including having DigitalOcean as the service responsible for managing DNS records.

In the DNS records for the primary domain and the domain responsible for emails (eg .: mail.example.com, smtp.example.com) there are NS records pointing to ns1.digitalocean.com, ns2.digitalocean.com and ns3.digitalocean.com.

Will I need to create NS records within Cloudflare when I change to the nameservers provided by Cloudflare?

Generally no. If you have a standard setup the NS records are added automatically, but you need to add them to the parent zone (.com for example) via your registrar. If using Cloudflare Registrar then the second step is done for you also.
