Should i create mobile and desktop version of website html for mobile and desktop view

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. i Want to host a website via cloudflare CDN. My current setup is on akamai which has parameter like is_mobile=true or false to show case the website on mobile view according we build the website html which has both mobile and deskstop html.
    My question is to host the website on cloudflare do i need to make both mobile and desktop version of html or should i create the responsive version of html. Is there any documentation on this.

  2. I want to implement the purging API on my CMS which will automatically purge the configured url whenever there is any changes happenened on the pages or website.
    please share the doumentation for this also.
