Hi,
You can check for yourself each item in the linked list of recommended WordPress settings provided by @epic.network. You may hit this button or individually set the settings on the Dashboard.
Other than perhaps the setting for Websockets, I don’t see any item in that list that cannot be changed if you see fit. As you notice issues or try to improve performance, you may want to change a few of them.
So it basically comes down to whether you know enough to prefer settings other than the provided ones. If you don’t, go with the suggested list, at least as an initial step.
