Should I add Cloudfare to my Alias domain

Hello,

I added cloudfare to my main site. Should I add cloudfare to the alias domain name that will be redirecting to my main site as well or is it not necessary?

That’s what I do.

1. The alias domain will use Cloudflare DNS which is pretty fast
2. The alias domain still needs a server somewhere, and Cloudflare will protect that server.
3. You can create a Page Rule to do the redirect instead, and that will be faster.

Very similar to the tutorial below. But your rule pattern will match: *aliasdomain.com/*
