Shopify Problem Your domain has a Cloudflare Proxy

Hello,

I have the following problem with my website (built on Shopify)

Your domain has a Cloudflare Proxy, which is not supported by Shopify

However, when I change the orange cloud (proxied) fo my A record and my CNAME records to gray cloud (not proxied), my website goes down and does not load.

Please, let me know how to solve this problem.
