What is the issue or error you’re encountering

Can’t enable O2O for my Shopify domain and use Route Workers accordingly

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Hello,

I’m trying to configure the route worker for my subdomain connected to Shopify, which should redirect to the main domain under specific rules. According to the docs, to be able to use route workers for Shopify domain I need to enable O2O by adding a proxied record as per the docs. However, I receive the mentioned error. This is opposite to the official documentation. Hence, without the proxied record I can’t use the Route Workers feature and can’t configure the expected redirect.

Can somebody assist me with how to properly configure the O2O since Shopify can’t be proxied?

O2O is available for Shopify, but it needs to be manually activated by Support for your account. The docs are a bit lacking in that regard.

who should I reach out to? The Cloudflare support or Shopify support?

The Cloudflare support needs to enable O2O for your account.

@Laudian could you elaborate on how to contact support here? All links to contact lead to posting a post to community support. I don’t see any direct link or form where I can ask the Support to enable O2O for me. Thanks.

You can open an Account ticket here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support

Creating a ticket is not available on the Free plan. However, according to the docs, the O2O can be used on every plan.

You can create an account ticket on the free plan.

Figured out. Thank you for your support!
