I point it to shopify, but I use another service to manage the DNS records.
I am not using Cloudflare for my domain. I migrated from wix to shopify like 8 months ago.

cannot load my website pages frequently.
This problem started to occur like a month ago. It’s an intermittent problem that doesn’t happen all the time to all the users.
What error message or number are you receiving?
“There was a problem loading this website

Have you searched for an answer?
Yes. My problem is similar to the ones outlined in the following threads. It doesn’t happen all the time.
But the main difference between our problem and the problems in other threads is that I still point my domain to Shopify to host my website, while others migrated from Shopify to somewhere else.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
- contacted shopify support. they said it’s a performance problem of my theme. I’ve optimized my theme. but the problem persists.
- I thought about trying liberate-the-hostname.pages.dev, but it seems to solve problems for people that actually don’t want to use Shopify. But I do want to continue using Shopify.
Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
