I am getting an error when I try to create a cname record for shopify.

I am currently using your DNS Proxy service to integrate my Shopify store. However, I am encountering an issue while configuring a CNAME record:
Error;
Target domain. is not allowed for a proxied record.
To properly point my domain to Shopify, I need to set up a CNAME pointing to domain. Unfortunately, I am receiving the above error when attempting to enable the proxy. It seems that an O2O activation is required for this configuration to work.
I would like to request O2O activation so that I can fully utilize the Cloudflare proxy service and successfully link my store.
My colleagues have indicated this was resolved on your ticket. Please post another topic here if that is not the case.
