Shopify Cloudflare Error

My domain used to be tied to a Shopify store, and I am no longer using Shopify, but I still can’t open the site. I’m having the same problem as this post, I submitted a ticket a few days ago but still no response, so I had to come to the community for help.

Thank you for the advice, the solution to this problem seems to be that you have to get Cloudflare to manually remove the domain name before it can be used properly. Cloudflare has not replied to my ticket yet.

We have escalated your ticket. If you can’t wait, then we highly recommend checking out a community made tool that will release your hostname.
