Shared IP's are hurting me

Hello,
I’m using Cloudflare for my blog, www.progracoding.com
When I check for the reserved IP address for my website, it shows up to 200 websites are hosted under the same IP. It obviously affects SEO and performance.

How can I use a single dedicated IP address from provided by Cloudflare? Do you know, how can I do this?

I have seen that website like www.statcounter.com uses Cloudflare using 1 dedicated IP as reserved IP for the website.

It does not. Thats just a common myth.

You cant. If you are willing to shell out a four digit amount a month you can sign up for an Enterprise plan, in which case you might be able to discuss it with Cloudflare.

Sorry, but thats wrong too. At least myjerseysshop.com is on that IP address too, presumably others as well.
