Shared IP question

Hi there, my name is Jelle. Maybe somebody may be so kind to point me in the right direction. We are a merchant cargo ship with a VSAT internet connection, there are about 20 connection to 1 IP adres. This adres seems to be banned by Cloudware software to one typical webserver (Fitbit.com).
I suspect this is not the right place, but may anybody help us to get our IP unbanned?
