Do I need to subscribe to the “shared Cloudflare Universal SSL certificate. $10mo” option in order to have the ability to change the “Full Encrypts end-to-end, using a self signed certificate on the server” settings"? I am currently subscribed, but an unsure if I need this? Thank you!
Universal SSL is include on all plans, including free. Are you sure that you haven’t added Advanced Certificate Manager to your plan?

no, just the shared option for $10.00. I believe i have found the answers in the topic link below. I wasnt sure if i need to pay for the shared cert in order to have the ability to full encrypt which allowed my sib-domains to propagate. it appears i do need to pay for the service for this to all work.
