Cloudflare does not offer traditional hosting, only Cloudflare Pages. Uploading is done as here…

You will need to ask your hosting, which is not Cloudflare. The Cloudflare proxy does not pass SFTP traffic by default. You will want to use an unproxied hostname for SFTP.
