Today we encountered a problem, our front-end page hosted in Cloudflare page, back-end service in aws Virginia region, encountered a large area of Brazilian customers can not open the home page, but they can visit other sites more smoothly, we test found that both in the United States, Singapore, and even Hong Kong can visit our home page.
We tested and found that no matter in the United States, Singapore, and even Hong Kong, the Philippines can access our home page normally, what may be the reasons for this?
If it’s mostly just an issue with visitors from Brazil, I’d suspect it’s very local to the service providers there. Do you know if it’s contained to one service provider or several in Brazil?
