Severe Degredation of Support for 2024?

Hello, wondering if anyone else has had severe degredation in support from cloudflare this year and why that may be?
We have an enterprise account, and our account managers and support tickets have been MIA for nearly 2 months attempting to resolve our problems. It is a stark degredation in support from prior years, and I’m wondering if I’m alone or what may be going on at cloudflare to cause this. We are not their largest enterprise customer, surely, but this seems stark to us.

Is anyone familiar with how to request a new account manager?
