Severe Cloudflare APO page speed issues for Telekom Customers in Germany

Not only Telekom, Deutsche Glasfaser Wholesale GmbH, and NetCologne GmbH are also having problems.

So were are back to where we started but 200 bucks poorer for the Pro Plan. Since a few days again embarrassing slow connection for Telekom users for our siteā€¦ Are the negotiation with the Telekom gotten bad? I will open a ticket. At least one service we may get is the support.

It is absolutely unacceptable that the routing by Telekom and Cloudflare has been so poor for weeks. For more than a month now, weā€™ve been struggling with massive issues that make it impossible for us to use services like Discord. The chat either takes forever to load or doesnā€™t load at all, and often enough, Discord doesnā€™t open at all.

How is it possible that two such large companies, which pride themselves on offering reliable and fast connections, are failing so miserably? The patience of the users is long gone, and it is high time that Telekom and Cloudflare take this problem seriously and find a solution. It is not enough to procrastinate and fob off customers with perfunctory apologies. We need functioning connections ā€“ and we need them now!

same for me. TURE

Believe it or not, this is still an issue. Since half a year now.
Is there any update regarding the payment? Is Cloudflare willing to pay? Otherwise, the ā€œFreeā€ plan is just useless in Europe. (Our customers are mostly in Germany as well :see_no_evil:)

Still a massive issue. The most outrageous part of this situation is that support has not responded to the ticket even once in six weeks. If we do not receive a reply soon, we will challenge the Pro license fees through legal action and terminate our cooperation.

@user8065 @molnar.marci I also have these extreme issues every evening from 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm, before and afterward, itā€™s fine. I invested quite some time now and saw that when I ping different services hosted via CF I am getting up to 7% package loss during these times which explains the ridiculous loading times of sometimes up to multiple minutes per page.

What solved it for me in February was the suggestion of balogh.zsolti2002 to upgrade to the Pro plan and enable the TCP Turbo. But guess whatā€¦ I canā€™t find this feature anywhere anymore, support hasnā€™t answered for 4 weeks as well even though I am paying ~ 300ā‚¬ a month (Pro + Image Service). The TCP Turbo is still listed in the pricing table but not in the documentation anymore. It would be very sad if it got removed and not even paying for Pro can solve the issue anymore. Iā€™m more than happy to pay 20 ā‚¬ per month to get this solved but it seems like the setting was removed or simply isnā€™t working anymore.

Does anybody have any info about TCP Turbo?

Thank you very much in advance.
Manuel
