Setup Email On A Sub Domain

I have sub domains registered as websites, but want to set up sub domains e-mail accounts. How do I do that?
E.g. I have the domain tropehagen.no and email address [email protected] - but I want the subdomain support.tropehagen.no and email address [email protected] - any suggestions?

Create mailboxes in the subdomains at your email provider and add the appropriate MX records for their servers. If you plan on sending email using those domains, you will want to create SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records that match your email provider’s specifications.
