Setup 503 http error notification and healthcheck

What is the issue you’re encountering

I have setup a relevant notification and healthcheck relating to only 5xx http errors but for some reason l am not getting any logged/email alerts from cloudflare…

I can see an email being sent subject Health check status changed: HTTP-Errors | Healthy
All of these emails are being marked as Delivery and the definition of this status is:

“Recipient mailbox provider acknowledged receipt of email.”

So this acknowledgement is coming from the email provider. Please check in spam and junk folders. If you are not able to locate the emails in your inbox you will need to reach out to your email provider to see why those emails are not making it to your inbox.

I received all the initial emails from cloudflare support on generating the ticket…

I have checked my quarantine and spam folders relating to my email/mailbox ( [email protected] ) and there is “no” messages from cloudflare !!!

So the healthcheck is setup to only report on 5XX or Higher Website errors as per the healthcheck but this is not happening ? Can we do a remote session to troubleshoot this ?
