Can someone support which settings (DNS, general …) I have to use to make cloudflare work best when parallelly having litespeed cache (API already set up, that worked, but cloudflare does not work).

There are no specific Cloudflare settings that you’d need to set one way or another based on having or not LiteSpeed Cache on. You can set your DNS, security and performance settings to their default values and change any settings that you’d like after reading their documentation.
