Setting Up Oookla Speedtest Server Problem

Ookla Speedtest Server now require IPv6 my problem is my ISP only provides Static IPv4 and I used Cloudflare to provide IPv6, the problem is:

When I test the speedtest server using “Ookla’s Host Tester”
• IPv6 Netguage Status : Failed
• Netguage Status : Failed
• Websocket : Failed
• Https : Failed

My site is using Clouldflare Full Strict, Is there any one that can give me an advice on how to set this up to work properly?
