Setting up Oncehub.com to send emails from my domain

I am trying to let oncehub.com send emails form my domain. I got the following email form oncehub.com which is my business scheduling service. How do I set up the DNS records for these IP addresses? Do I need to set them all up?

We have some specific IP’s that we use, you can try to add those to your Cloudflare server and see if that helps you to connect the Email from your domain.

These are the IPs that we use:
54.240.48.173
54.240.48.43
54.240.10.67
54.240.10.30
54.240.10.21

I figured out a work around. I used SendGrid to set up SMTP on oncehub.
