Setting up cname

and i get the following errors

Then it’s a direct connection. That would be a Netlify error. Have you asked them?

i dont think it is a netlify issue
as there section is working fine when invoked directly
i just need to understand how to redirect, do i do it in my dns on nameserver (cloudlfare) or where

If you want a redirect, you can get rid of the CNAME and do this instead:

i have added the following in my page rule

but i cannot get it to work

There’s no DNS record for pantry Try creating an “A” record for it with an IP address of 192.0.2.1 as a placeholder for that Page Rule forwarder.
