I am redirecting from a shortened domain tridentlvf.com, that has no content to the main site. That works fine, but www version does not redirect correctly.

It looks like your Page Rule isn’t set up to match ‘www’. Can you post a screenshot of that Page Rule?

Put a * at the very beginning, and you’ll be all set: *tridentlvf.com/*
