We use WP Rocket together with Cloudflare. Wondering if we need specific settings in order to have automatic purge of cached elements triggered by site appearance changes.
Understand that we can manually purge all (or url specific) from Cloudflare admin, but wanting to have purge done automatically whenever needed.
If you have the Cloudflare plugin installed, you can set:
Automatic Cache Management
Purge Cloudflare cache automatically when you update the appearance of your site.
However, Cloudflare does not cache HTML by default. You’d need to set up a page rule to make CF cache the generated HTML for each URL.
You can also use another plugin that works along with Cloudflare Workers service to manage cache of a WP site. Workers is a paid service.
