Setting CloudFlare’s Nameservers for .IS TLDs

I would like to use my domain, ****.is, with Cloudflare, but when I attempt to redelegate the domain to Cloudflare’s name servers, rudy.ns.cloudflare.com and mira.ns.cloudflare.com, I get the following message at ISNIC Registrar

****.is does not pass ISNIC’s tests!
Test results for “RUDY.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM”:
No NS records found for domain ****.IS on nameserver 2606:4700:58:0:0:0:adf5:3be5
Test results for “MIRA.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM”:
No NS records found for domain ****.IS on nameserver 2803:f800:50:0:0:0:6ca2:c0cc

Another post suggest that I reach out to Cloudflare support to get them force the name servers to respond to the domain in question; but the support link just brings me back to this community forum without allowing me to submit and issue. https://community.cloudflare.com/t/help-with-changing-dns-direction-to-cloudflares-nameservers-for-is-tlds/221626/2?u=john27

Did you before trying to change NameServers added the domain to your Cloudflare dashboard?
