Setting apex record when using Dynamic DNS

I have a situation where my www subdomain is a CNAME to a DynDNS URL. I’ve configured Cloudflare to proxy this subdomain, and it works flawlessly. I’ve also added a page rule to redirect all https://domain.com requests to https://www.domain.com, but I don’t have an Apex A record, and I can’t make that a CNAME to my DynDNS URL. Is there an A record that I can use that Cloudflare owns so that my base domain resolves, allowing the Page Rule to kick in?
