Set up Marketing cloud DNS configuration on cloudflare

We’re hosting our domain brandDotcom on Cloudflare and we’re aiming to use Salesforce Marketing cloud to send emails, or this purpose we need to create a subdomain emailDotbrandDotcom that will be uniquely used by the MC and we have 2 options :

  • Option 1 :
    Can we delegate emailDotbrandDotcom to Salesforce by entering NS records and pointing them to their servers as mentioned in the Cloudflare support
    If so do we have any risk of impacting the main domain brandDotcom by creating DNS conflicting with corporate mailbox ?

-Option 2 :
Do we have the possibility to create/host DNS entries that are specific to the subdomain, and how to do that.
