Set up a Domain Proxy with Cloudflare

I was wondering if Cloudflare has similar proxy server capabilities to Nginx. I have an API endpoint for UX analytics that gets blocked by ad blockers, and the solution provided by the vendor is to create a proxy domain. They provide instructions to set this up in Nginx:

Would a similar set-up be possible with Cloudflare?

This is very much achievable through Cloudflare workers.
