What is the issue you’re encountering
I can access my service with plex.mydomain.co.uk but I cannot do it with plex.server1.mydomain.co.uk
By default, Cloudflare only issues TLS certificate to the first level subdomains for your domains. So for example subdomain.example.com would work, but subsubdomain.subdomain.example.com wont. In order to actually get a TLS certificate for more then 1 level of subdomains, you must subscribe to Advanced Certificate Manager.
