Service outage continues... Our domain and email is stopped since 9 August


In 9 August there was some service outage on Cloudflare, after that our website is not working… Also we had email which was based on our domain. Our domain and email configuration was on Cloudflare. After 9 August, our email and website stopped working. Now we need to log in, but it says that password is incorrect. Then we tried to use “forgot password”, but our email is still stopped and we won’t receive it… Is there any solution? Anyone can help us?
