As per godaddy I changed TTL time to 1 hour but no change so I reverted back.

The error is passed from your origin and not from Cloudflare. Most likely, your host is rate limiting the requests or there could be other possible errors. Best is approach your host for possible solutions. Alternatively, read the following docs:

Godaddy is saying that It is a DNS issue and wants to change the settings in DNS, I changed but nothing happened
