Servers deployment in Israel

Does anyone know if Cloudflare have servers in Israel or plans to deploy them in Israel?
My site seems a bit sluggish due (I think) to the hops from Israel to Frankfurt and back to Israel.

There’s one in Tel Aviv, but I don’t think it peers with all ISPs. This post has more info:
