What is the issue you’re encountering
Site loads fine but getting “There has been a spike in 521 errors from your origin”
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Verified that your website is online
Remove blockers between Cloudflare and your website
Added Cloudflare IPs to WordFence firewall allow list
Checked to see if any of these IP’s are blocked at my server - negative
Added a CF Rule as suggested by wordfence
Reviewed Cloudflare DNS settings
A valid SSL on the origin web server
mod_reqtimeout and mod_antiloris is not on (support ticket sent but all likelihood negative.
Any test to run to see if this is a server issue or Cloudflare?
Were you actually encountering errors or were you just receiving email notifications? In the case of the latter, it may have been the following.
Nov 21, 02:07 UTC Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Nov 21, 02:01 UTC Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Nov 21, 01:56 UTC Identified - Cloudflare is investigating an issue where customers may have received a false positive "521: Web Server Is Down" email alert. The issue has been identified, and a fix is being implemented.

Looks like it’s happening again. Same 3 sites, same issue, getting notifications but sites are up. Where would I report this?
