Server Switch - Load Balancing not working

My web hosting company switched servers. I updated the IP address in my DNS settings and also in my load balancing origin pool. However, the origin pool is now showing critical. I went to my hosting provider and I can indeed access the site from that IP.

The weird thing is that the old IP address works in the load balancing origin pool.

Is this an issue on their end? Are they routing traffic way in a way that conflicts with what Cloudflare needs to do?

Normally, I’d try a bunch of things and see if something works. However, I’ve been tasked with zero downtime.
