Your server is probably slow. Cloudflare can’t speed up dynamic page generation on your server. But there are tools available that may work around that.

It doesn’t seem that slow, but you can certainly speed things up by using a Page Cache such as W3TC. I use WP Fastest Cache because it’s lightweight and efficient.
