Server Resolved SSI Error : Server returned a response code of '403' on the following request

Hello, I am getting this error when I try to run my search.cgi, in order to show the next articles in my site. This ONLY happens when Cloudflare is active:

[Server Resolved SSI Error : Server returned a response code of ‘403’ on the following request: Error 404: /404.shtml no encontrada | DEGUATE.com ]

Update: I have noticed that when I call the search.cgi using my server’s IP, there is no error:

http://66.7.208.194/~deguate/cgi-bin/artman2/search.cgi?action=search&page=3&perpage=15&template=articleLists/arteycultura.shtml&categoryNums=342&includeSubcats=1

I hope this gives someone a hint about why I’m getting that 403 error.
