What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
We used Cloudflare to optimize the connection of a legacy website, but it is no longer working after the partially re-routed.
On January 30th, we identified that Cloudflare had an issue in Brazil through cloudflarestatus. It was resolved on February 5th. However, we still found the São Paulo server as partially re-routed and we are still having high ping and poor performance due to this connection that is happening there in San Francisco.
The question is, there are other servers in Brazil that are all normal. Is there any way to select another server in Brazil so that it can return to normal while São Paulo is not back to normal?
Does Cloudflare have any plans to end this partially re-routed status?
