What is the issue you’re encountering
We are having trouble accessing our sandbox server through domain name, but it’s reachable through public IP address assigned to the server
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We have tried disabling the proxy in DNS setting, but this result to the domain being accessible but not able to reach the website

The proxy only supports HTTP/HTTPS traffic. You can’t connect to port 30322 through it or do database connections through it.
You should use a separate hostname, with the proxy 
off, for connections like that.
