Server not accessible only via cellular data

My DNS records are not propagating to some cellular data networks (Verizon US). It always works on Wifi. I’ve tried deleting and re-adding the DNS record to try to “reset” it but it still does not work.

And the domain is?

Sorry, I should have posted it in the original post. the domain is https://mmap.app and also the subdomain https://api.mmap.app. It works for me in Canada on both data and wifi but does not work for my US colleagues on cellular data.

Thanks in advance!

The domain is properly configured and resolves fine

Your colleagues should check their DNS resolver and maybe they have a routing issue to your server.

My colleagues have tried to reset their DNS settings on their iphone by resetting network settings (Dont think theres much we can do on iphone besides that) and it still does not work. Do you have any other recommendations for how we can “reset” the dns records? Thanks again!

You need to find out if DNS resolution does not work or the connection to the server. Cloudflare only provides DNS here and that works, so there is nothing for you to do on the Cloudflare side.
