My server is being ddos, I am using Business plan account but it doesn’t work, I can’t find the help of Cloudflare as committed in Business plan package
Login to the dashboard (dash.cloudflare.com), then click the support button on the top right. Then, click “Contact Cloudflare”. There should be a button to talk with Cloudflare support.
Can you share more information about the attack? Is it going through Cloudflare or is it targeting your server directly?
