What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Unfortunately I have tried everything and even on the internet I was unsuccessful. Can’t you do this via DNS entries?

Your domain is resolving to Cloudflare IPs, not your server IP. Maybe you still had the old DNS entry cached locally when you tried it? In any case it seems to be fine now.
