Server IP and Payments Gateway Issues

I ran into a serious problem while using Cloudflare. The problem is “Payments Gateway Issues”. To enable our site to continue using a payment gateway it seems that I need to whitelist the relevant Cloudflare Server IP address within our payment gateway account.
My Payment Gateway is looking for IP addresses from which it will receive requests.

Unable to use payment gateway for not providing IP. Can anyone help with this? If the issue is not resolved effectively, may need to stop using Cloudflare.

Cloudflare doesn’t handle your outbound requests. They will come from your server’s IP address.

Thank you for asking.

I wonder if any of the Payment Gateway request are being challenged or blocked at Cloudflare for your domain name, which would result in a response which you’ve got from them.

Kindly, you could find more details about which service did they trigger and got that result in the Cloudflare dashboard → WAF → Overview for the past 24hours or so. Once you find them, click on a particular one to find more details about it (user-agent, IP, HTTP version …).

Nevertheless, if that’s the case, then it might be that you’d have to ask for their IP addresses which then you’d have to allow/whitelist in the WAF → Tools → IP Access Rules.
