using a vpn like nord i can access this but using cloudflare that has an US ip on it having an issue

Whether you’re sitting in and seeing the issues in Australia, Brazil, France or Nigeria, - as there could be “local” issues that would appear in one country, or continent, but not in the others.

Sometimes, it isn’t impossible be state/region level outages, where knowing the country (e.g. United States) alone isn’t enough, but would require the extended information (e.g. Los Angeles, California, or Ashburn, Virginia) as well.

you mean it maybe geoblock on some countries?

its MNL possible manila we force our user to used a ip base on a location like US to access us sites that are being geoblock
