Server Error Report via email

Hi Team,

We received an email about the server error report, please see Screenshot by Lightshot

Upon checking the Cloudflare status last September 13, there are elevated 5xx errors in Sydney since most of the errors we got are from the server-side Screenshot by Lightshot, can you please confirm if this is the reason why we get this noticed?

Also, is there something we can do to fix these errors since they are coming from the server?
