What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

Our website it hosted in Cloudflare via a vendor’s account. We’d like to move authoritative DNS from GoDaddy over to Cloudflare. Is it ok to use a separate Cloudflare account from the one our website is hosted in or will that cause some internal Cloudflare issues?

Your site is using WP Engine according to the headers. You can use your own Cloudflare account ok, read this guide so you can have those requests pass through your own account first.

At the moment you are just using their IP address so check with WPEngine that you can use the suggested CNAMEs…
